Can not update software on the A2

I'm following the video in the update software but the red light that should blink only blink one time and the SW is not recognizing any thing being connected.

I have tried this several times.

Any tips ?

I actually had same issue, wasnt borhered to figure it out. WAs using a Mac

We used a Mac.

I just kept trying.

And treat he'd the video several times.

I don't recall any tricks other than dogged persistence!
