Quality Dream Audio have bespoke manufactured a small pre-amp to link up to any system. I needed either one of the 3500, 4500, 6500, or 9500 turntables to link up with Beosound 1 or Beosound Century but now I don't have to bother. I have linked my 1200 turntable through both systems using this portable pre-amp kit and it is super. There is a datalink installed within the pre-amp as well. Great value for a bespoke piece of kit at £130.
With the pre-amp you can use any turntable.
