BeoSound Ouverture one channel output only

I bought a BeoSound Ouverture untested recently and it works on one channel only through everything - CD, radio, tape and phones. I have a DIN to RCA cable - when I swap them round it plays in the other channel only. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Sure your cable is good?

Try headphones to see if the problem is still there.

I have yes - one channel in the headphones as well
