I am having problems with my avant. Is there something in the TV settings I need to do? Sky won't switch as TV screen goes blank when on ultra hd, thus reverts back to 1080.

I am running the latest software so HMDI input 1 should be okay. I am running a splitter to two avants and I have now tried both separately and get the same result on both televisions.

Are you using a 4K HDMI cable? There was one provided with the box. It is not long enough for my set up, but I am pretty sure my cables are 4K compliant.

How do you find the picture?

Sorry lots of questions....

Did you get the 'we can't detect an Ultra HD screen' page? I only get this when going through the splitter. I can continue passed this, but then get error UH011 - this input on your TV does not support Ultra HD. I am using a 4K splitter.

If I remove the splitter I can get to a page 'setting your picture resolution to Ultra HD' I continue and it tries 10 bit and then goes blank and then returns to the same page.

Did you change any settings in the TV?

What HDMI cables are you using and what length are they? What matrix are you using? And finally which port are you going into on the TV?

Thanks in advance.
