Hello,

looking for some help, just got myself a pair of the above speaker....for a great price, have hooked up to my bv5 as a surround set up

I have set them to auto, and have upgraded my power link cables to mk3 and bought the others required from sounds heavenly ( thanks Steve)

my problem is they are not going into standby mode ......and it sounds like the speakers are rec a signal

i have tested the bl4's with there other cable and my phone.....and no issue.  They go on and off as should

any ideas?

I have BL4s and use them as rears for a BV8. I don't have your symptom.

I checked my switches:

Position: 1, 2, 3

PL or Line in L, R

I think mine are the full version rather than PC version.

Is that why you have an AUTO switch ?

I have a pair of power link version  & p.c

but it's just the issue with the p.c type.......just won't go into standby mode

even when I swap speakers over and use different cables.....still the same.

Speakers still sound like they are getting a signal

set to auto off.....how long should it take, as the power link is instant.
