Hi,I rehired my Beocenter 2 and old CRT-Avant for the bedroom. I only want to use the speakers of the Avant. No external speakers on Avant or Beocenter 2
I've connected the Beocenter 2 with a Scart-Lead and a Masterlinkcable to the Avant.Avant: V.Opt. 2Beocenter 2: A.Opt. 1DVD does not work. I experimented with different option settings but I can't get it to work 100%.Radio and CD are working perfectly and I can listen to them via the speakers of the Avant.
What and how do I need to set up these two old babys to work like I want? :-)
The DVD is only driven/instructed by the scart and it's cable. So make sure that have set up the connections at the back of Aavnt properly. Use "AV" and set it to"DVD/CDV".
Aopt 0 for the center (takes instructions via ML from the Avant)
The master link makes the TV think it is only an audio master. Disconnect it from BC2.
