As a preface I've already taken a look at the "How to ship a Beogram" thread... I'm asking this because , perhaps my model requires some different care?
I'm considering parting ways with my Beogram 6500 Turntable (MMC5 cartridge) - I just don't use it enough anymore, and I think it should go to someone who would give it better use. I don't have the original box or packing material. I know to tighten the transport screws, but beyond that, how would I safely and securely ship it to a new owner?
Thanks all for the advice. I'd appreciate detail, as well. Don't assume I might know what some might consider basic terminology or processes. Thanks!
