Horizontal white lines on my beovison 10

Hi all,

Can anyone please help. About an hour ago horizontal white lines appeared across my TV. I first of all thought this was the sky box but it's not as it's doing the exact same thing when I put apple TV on. 

 

I have checked the connection cables and this does nothing 

 

Does anyone have any ideas. The TV is 4 years old and we have only had it just over a year.

Have you tried a complete poweroff and switched on again?
