608 Amplifier Case and Knobs ...

I am in search of a wood case and knobs. This is my unit - as you can see, it is not quite all there.

Hi,

finding the case could be an issue, long runner...

For the knobs you could try with the ex-Beoworld member Leslie, here.

Wish you luck reliving this beautiful amp.

I agree with theomaster that this could be difficult.

Have you thought about getting a case made? I wouldn't have thought it would be too difficult on this model as it is just three pieces of wood.

I will build one if I have no luck finding one. I'll have to get some dimensions if I am to build one, although I can likely scale off a photograph. If I do build one, I'll design in a glass top to admire the tubes, etc.

In anticipation of finally receiving my 608 back form my tech who has been slowly working through it, I'm still searching for a case.
