I finally managed to get my Beo5 to connect to my PC so I loaded some products etc.. Today I wanted to finishing adding logo's etc. It wouldn't finalize, gave me serialization error. So I thought I made an error with a logo but couldn't find the issue so deleted the profile and decided to start again. It now refuses to finalize with a BV11 added. Any other BV it will finalize. I even only put one zone and only the BV11 no luck. All the other products work. So I uninstalled the config tool and reinstalled. Same problem, serialization error.
Any advice! It was working so well before!

I downloaded CT6.84 and put it on another 32 bit machine and now it works perfectly although I don't know what the password is for the config tool so I have to work offline. At least its working!!
