Today I had to return my H5's because of a few issues I have been experiencing.

1. During phone calls the left earplug would jitter when volume was a maximum. (Tried the exhibition models in the store, the problem was not present with these)

2. When connected, sound would play through the phones speaker instead of the earplugs. I could pause and play, but no sound was present I the earplugs.

There has been no sound issue when playing music. Very strange issues.

Will take a couple of weeks to get new ones, as they have to be shipped to Germany first Surprise

Thanks Leo. How odd.

I nearly bought 2 pairs of green H5 tonight so I will think about them too.

These things happen with portable products. I take it there was no issue returning them

My H5 charger has been acting up (like draining the battery, not charging it) until last week - then it just stopped working at all. Anyone else experienced this? Will return the charger tomorrow.

@Michael - only way I can run with them is by putting the cable over my ears (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smbU2_zjIIs)

Returned the charger today - as it is a Beoplay product I had to return everything. Hopefully a replacement will be along shortly, as my iPhone 7 needs BT headphones (I know, the dongle - but my armband only has a hole on one side for the earphones, not able to run a lightning adapter through it). And now that I have received the Apple Watch Nike+ I'm so happy to be able to leave the phone behind, as the H5 and Apple Watch works very well together - except that I have to move the watch from my right arm to the left arm due to reception issues (I guess the BT receiver is in left earplug?)

Hi,

Is anybody getting a loud vibration when there's high pitch instrument "trumpets or guitar" listening at high volume (in the bus)? The sound files I'm using aren't FLAC, but they are still coming from Apple Music. It doesn't sound like a distortion, but rather a mechanical vibration like if a piece was loose.

Is this vibration the normal way the headphone reacts to badly recorded music? It's the same kind of "jitter" you are describing in the left earplug.

I love my headphones, but it's really annoying.

Thanks

I don't think anything can be loose inside. I open mine up, and the amount of glue used on the H5's doesn't leave anything to be loose Big Smile
