All

Yesterday my V1 lost it's network connections. Both the LAN and WLAN are no longer connected. I restarted the router and the tv, but that did not help. The blu-ray player residing understand the tv is still having it's wireless connection.

What could be wrong?

try putting static ip info in the v1 and see what happens in case it may be a dhcp problem

Think there should be a forum rule that before posting a problem the above is performed!

The local B&O shop does suggest on their website that this is performed before booking a call out . Also, check the batteries in your Beo4 to save on unnecessary visits from them!
