It's the BeoWorld Autumn 2016 Prize Draw in 15 Minutes – so put down whatever you're doing, do that 'pat your head and rub your tummy' thing for good fortune and look lively!  You don’t want to miss the draw do you? Yes – YOU !!

I'm standing at a slight angle pointing one arm in the air in the style of John Travolta, waiting to disco-poke my finger on the button (on the downward 'jab'), thus bestowing stunningly brilliant goodies upon some lucky winners…  BeoWorld.. far too generous I tell you!!

So – you’ve got 15 minutes to get the jobs done…  go, go, GO !!!

Get the kettle on, crack open a beer, pour a glass of wine, take your sofa for a country walk, introduce yourself to next doors cat as the town’s Lord Mayor, then pick up a BeoLab 90 single handed and swear never to take steroids again.  Whatever.. the draw is imminent - hurry up !!.

I’ve just drawn the names and matched them up to the Prizes – so could YOU be one of our lucky winners tonight??  Chances are, you are..

Anyone fancy a lovely BeoWorld Prize?

Reverend Bottington, vicar of the Church of the combined St. Bang & St. Olufsen is here in your very own HQ, cassock on, ready to launch prizes worldwide.  It's that time again when you all think to yourselves 'How do they manage to do it?' whilst you look at the prizes being given away. Well, i've no idea - really.  Ask the Saints!

For £2.50 a Month, YOU can win any of these - every quarter.  You'll also be supporting the best site on the internet too !!

Back in a few moments - I'm just going to look at myself in a mirror, astonished at the pure amazingness..  of tonights Prizes.

Okay Ladies and Gentlemen.. a draw will now start, right here and now!  Good to see so many people online tonight as usual.  Would you like to win something? The prizes will be coming thick and fast a three minute intervals - my circuits are humming like a bee-hive...

Well... here goes

10th Prize - A genuine Bang & Olufsen Cap & BeoWorld Mousemat

Don't you just hate it when the that low autumn sun is streaming through the windows when you're trying to navigate your favourite website (BeoWorld of course..) on the laptop or computer? Well, how about a lovely B&O Dealer baseball cap to pop on your head and shade your eyes? Oh... go on then, it's yours! Also, you can throw away that scruffy old mousemat - because we're also going to give you a shiny new BeoWorld Official Mouse Mat and Coaster Set. All yours if you win 10th this month.

Tonights first winner is..

Mr D. Yovanovich (cooker) from Leda, Australia

Lovely prize - well done!!

9th Prize - The Rare 'Cool Brands' Book featuring Bang & Olufsen

CoolBrands is an annual initiative to identify the UK's coolest brands. The list has been compiled annually since 2001; the results are published every September. The survey seeks the opinion of independent experts and thousands of consumers, and the results are published in various forms - one being this marvellous hardback book. One of the winners in 2011/12 was Bang & Olufsen - and to celebrate this Bang & Olufsen distributed them to their dealers to show off in their showrooms. Here we have an ex-dealer copy just for YOU to have on your very own coffee table!

The winner is…

Mr H. Konttinen (HKonttinen) from Helsinki, Finland

Jolly well done to you - happy reading!

8th Prize - The Bang & Olufsen 'Art of Impossible' Book

The very latest 'novel' from Bang & Olufsen! This book takes you behind the company logo and delves into the stories behind each of the breakthrough, iconic Bang & Olufsen designs. There is information on both the materials and manufacturing processes used for each Bang & Olufsen model, as well as profiles on the designers behind each innovative creation. The underlying philosophy, though, remains unwavering: that design must always serve a purpose. Featuring an extensive archive of sketches and prototypes, specially commissioned photographs of individual products in various interior settings, as well as an exclusive insight into the models that never found their way onto the market. A fantastic read for any BeoFan!

The Winner is...

Mr R. Hosefelder (Neysa1991) from Greifenberg, Germany

Well done, another great read to enjoy courtesy of BeoWorld!

7th Prize - Flexible Firm : The Design of Culture at B&O

Here we have a superb read - and a VERY expensive book indeed (RRP is £75 / €95 / $130 !!). It's called "Flexible Firm: The Design of Culture at Bang & Olufsen" and is written by Jakob Krause-Jensen. Jakob Krause-Jensen is an anthropologist and Associate Professor at the Danish School of Education, Aarhus University. His research focuses on the way ethnographic methods and anthropological theory can be used to understand organizations and the life within them in critical and creative ways. This really is 322 pages of very interesting theory, study and evaluation of Bang & Olufsen as company, an organisation and a brand. Fascinating reading - and yours to keep if you win seventh!

The winner is...

Mr G. Hohlbaum (hemenex) from Bad Wildbad, Germany

Yet more literature from BeoWorld. We’ll have you all educated before you know it !!
