A6 New Software: 1.7.449.214258016

I have not seen any new or changed option in the BeoSetup or BeoMusic app, nor I found any documentation about this update ....

• Added Google Cast Multiroom support: You can now combine together multiple products in “groups” and let them play synchronized music throughout the house, even across different product brands. • Other smaller fixes and improvements

The other day my a6 and a9 restarted so I thought there is an even newer software. I mean like one week ago.

Essence was also updated.

My A6 is showing 1.7.449.214258016 as the latest and greatest version

Edit: unplug/plug the A6 cleared the issue.

I have a strange behavior to report:

When the timer/alarm feature became available to the A6, I configured it to wake me up at time A playing one of my favorite TuneIn channel and to go in sleep mode at time B.

It worked as expected, including after the latest software update.

Two weeks ago I went on holidays and i unplugged the A6 from the power outlet.

When I came back I plugged it back and the following morning the alarm behavior was the following:

TuneIn radio started at the configured time

After 10" to 20" the buzzer took over ....

I thought it was a TuneIn issue as I never heard the buzzer before, but the following day same behavior .....

I tried the following without success:

To change the wake up time in the current plan to trigger a rewrite of the plan.

Delete and recreate the plan from scratch.

Create a plan at a different time.

The last test I have to do is to unplug/plug from the power.

Strange isn't it?
