Hi..
Has anyone tried to connect a non-B&O tv to the AUX input on the Moment..
The thing that is holding me back is the ability to connect my Samsung TV to the Moment.. How big of a delay on the AUX are we talking about here ? 0,5 second, 3 seconds ?
Anyone ?

I connected a Pioneer Elite plasma to the Moment and out to a pair of 17's. The sound delay was terrible, probably about 3-5 seconds - it was not feasible to use the Moment in this fashion for me.
Not quite the same use case, but I run a pre-amplified Phono source into my Moment and experience maybe 1 sec of lag. Now with no picture to align to, it's not an issue for me, but would for a TV source.
Lag is a constant, never seems to change, and not as long as the other response here, of 4-5 secs

Hi Weebyx,
You just need to set the "Network Delay" value to zero (or to its lowest value) in the BeoSetup app to remove the audio delay within the Moment (this delay is added to synchronise multiple speakers when playing via multi room).
B&O suggest a small delay of 50-60mS can give some measure of synchronisation if you have B&O products in several rooms linked, without introducing a noticeable lag when connecting a TV.
The factory default setting is 1000mS (1 second) if I recall correctly.
Kind regards, Steve.

Hi Steve
Is this a new setting ? When I asked B&O earlier this year, they said that only BS35 and A6 could have delay set to 0, not the Moment for now ?
Maybe I should borrow one from my dealer and see if it works :)

Setting was there when I bought it in August. You find it in Beolink section, Sound Synchronization Delays. I have set Network delay, WIFI from 1000ms to 100ms and it works fine with my Samsung TV.

Wow... that is great news... do you have multiroom, and does that work with the 100ms setting ?
