Hi,

Tonight, when moving my v1-32 from a table stand to a wall bracket, I found that one of the clips (probably) is broken – when inserting the stand thingie in to the tv, I don't get the "click". It works for the bottom rods and the right upper one, but not for the upper left one. if i peek into the small hole (that you use when removing the stand/bracket), I can see that the "clip" is loose.

Is this something that is easily fixed?

Yes ist a plastic part which is easy to replace, but you have to open the tv.

Thank you very much!

I contacted a B&O store, and the spare parts are cheap and available. Any hints on how to open the TV?

Place it on a table with the screen looking down and remove the 6 (?) screws in the connection compartment. Then lift up the backside at the lower end and you will see the Clips.

Watch out for the cables at the top end when opening!

Good lock!
