Sorry, the iPad log-on didn't turn out to great with my sticky fingers:

The new Avant will be released with a 55" display - and this model will receive quite a few design changes to the rear panels, compared with the 75 and 85 that will hardly be changed at all.

But back to the original question:

Watching tv on an Avant-55, a BV10-32 and a 10-40 - and using the Avant-75 as the main TV I must admit that the BV10-40 has a very good picture. I use the Nvidia Shield as a source for 4k on the Avant-75, and find that some YouTube and Netflix content looks stunning some of the time. The Avant-75 has a better picture than the Avant-55 (due to backlighting, I guess), comparing the PQ of the Avant-55 with a BV10-40 I must say that I wouldn't recommend it for this aspect only. The sound system in the Avant-series is in a different league, and when it comes to multi-room the Avant-series is of course the only choice.

Thank you..

I am installing a BL Gateway, and some smart house controlling units (mainly light Controls for now), so the multi room is a part of my daily use. So based on what you writes, you whould go for the Avant?

In your case, I would think twice about this upgrade right now. If you were considering the Avant-75 I would be more inclined to recommend a swap as it offers a different experience - and the design sits just right with this size IMHO. If I were in your shoes I might be tempted to wait for the LG co-op model coming next year.

Don't the BV11, BV14 and Horizon also support multi-room?

Of course they also offer multi-room, but in this case the selection was limited to a BV10-46 and an Avant-55.

Since when do the BV14/BV Horizon offer multi-room?

I haven't heard of that update yet.

B&O have stated that this function may not be available with the current sw version (p82 in the user manual for the Horizon, p84 for BV14 - Danish language edition).

The B and O multiroom page lists the multiroom room products. The BV11, Bv14, and Horizon are all listed. Although the BV14 and Horizon web pages mention December availability for multiroom.
