Hi

For my BM 2400-2 I yesterday bought a Beogram 3300 type 5931. The Beogram came without the 7pin DIN plug and I am thinking of the right way to solve this challege.

1. Purchase a new 7 pin plug and try to solder the 7 wires.

2. Purchase a cable with plug and solder the wires together (will the colour match so I can find the right one to solder? on my cable two wires are black)

Thanks for any advise

Johan

Hi Johan,

Does the Beogram currently have other plugs fitted please (eg. RCA/phono/cinch plugs), or just a cut cable end?  Unless you are familiar with soldering, the best option could be to go with the plugs that are on the cable and I can make an adapter lead to plug this into the 5 pin DIN Phono socket on your Beomaster 2400-2.

Please feel free to get in touch via my sponsor link at the foot of this page and I will be happy to help.

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.
