I have a BeoSound moment, three A6s and an A9 mkII. When I'm on the moment touch panel where it shows Playlists, Artists... the Link menu item is missing. I can't see any BeoLink devices from my Moment to add / join, etc. I can see all the devices on the BeoMusic app. If I want to add my A9 or any of the A6s to my moments stream I have to use the BeoMusic app.

Can anyone help me? Is there something in settings? I'm on the latest update. Thank you.

You do have speakers connected to the moment right? If yes...

Remove the back panel

Navigate to network

Discover network linked products.

Turn a source on in your a9.

Should show up on your moment.

My Moment is connected via PL > RCA into my AVR. Using the BeoMusic app I can add and remove any of my speakers.

Removing the back cover and navigating to network only shows me the Network setting for connecting to wifi, there is no Discover network linked products.

That said, when I remove the back cover and am in Settings and go to BeoLink > List of Network Link Devices I see all of my devices. Clicking "refresh" and they're still there. However when I replace the back cover and navigate to this screen:

I don't see the LINK menu to add and remove speakers and sources from the LCD.

Hi Michael

Link only appears on the Moment when another product is already playing. Link currently only works as a join function and not an add like it does via BeoMusic. Hope this helps.

Thank you for explaining this. So it's only used to change the moment's source? If that's the case, what a huge missed opportunity and disappointment.

It is exactly as when you would push 'Join' on your remote control.

The UI of the BS Moment is not intented to act like the Beomusic app - it is the control UI for the device itself.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
