Hi, I have a beovision 7 32 - no hdmi, and want to control my sky box via the bed 4 remote. Its a non HD sky box. I have set the sky box to accept commands via start so from reading the manual, this ought to work Ok but I can't get it set up. I'm using the sat setting on the TV remote and have the port on the telly on the correct setting for the box. Am I missing a stage in the setting up of the system or is there a button sequence on the Beo 4 remote which I need to use?

Hi John,
in order to translate the commands Beo4/Sky box, your tv must have the right PUC software installed.
This entry must be choosen during the setup and the tv must have the ir-emitter conneted going to the Sky box.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
with normal sky box puc is Thompson tv with beo4
