According to you, can we use a bv 10's stb wall bracket for a bv 11 ?

If I remember correctly, no! I had a BV10 and moved up to a BV11 and they had to remove the old bracket and install a new one.

Had to change to this: http://www.stbbrackets.co.uk/en-GB/product/beovision-11-46-and-40/beovision-11-close-wall-bracket

Yes you can!
I replaced my BV 10-46 with BV 11-55 at my summer house. I ordered a new wall bracket but used the old one.
The bracket was "close wall bracket".
