I just purchased a Beogram 4002.  I plan on getting it back into working order.  The first part that I have discovered that I need is a dust cover spring.  Mine is broken.  Is there a  place that sells new ones or am I going to have to try and purchase an entire used dust cover?  Added some pictures.

I also found a red wire that had come loose.  Not sure what it's for but I resoldered it.  I powered the turntable up and the tone arm moves all the way to the left and stops.  If I press the right arrow button it will move the tone arm to the right but as soon as I let off of the button the tone arm begins moving to the left again.  Any ideas on where to start?  I'm starting to wonder if this thing is worth fixing?

Hi, welcome to Beoworld.

Can you post some pictures of the broken dust cover and the spring?  It would help to figure out a solution if we can see exactly what is there (or not there).
