Wanting to create a simple Masterlink system.

Beovision 1 - connected to a freeview box (inc digital radio) - transmit digital radio to Beolab 2000 which will be fitted next door in the bathroom?

Would this work? What would I need?

Beosound 8, Beotime, Beocom 4, Beo 5, Lutron Rania, MacBook 15" (Mid 2015), iPad Pro, iPhone 6S, B&O Play H3, Beolit 12, Form 2, A8 Headphones, B&O Play A1, B&O Essence

Depends which version of BV1 you have - the 4 digit TYPE # will tell more  ...

In a "best case scenario" you'll just need a MasterLink Cable.

Hi Chris, I did a bit of research on this site's product section.

There were two Beovision 1s - the 1 and the 1LS for link system.

In addition there was an optional module that you would need for the 1:

Master Link module 4015 "

Do you know if your BV is a pure 1, or a 1LS, and whether it has the ML module ?

In addition to a ML source you will need the ML cable and the BeoLab 2000 at the other end.

The freeview box's "digital radio" will have to appear to the BL 2000 as a normal analogue audio coming from the BV.

I presume you activate the BV with a command like V-AUX ?
