Hello,
I've just bought a pair of beolab 8000 speakers, in order to check the condition of the speakers I would like to remove the black tissue panel, I'm afraid of breaking something... Does anyone can explain how to safely remove the panel ?
Thanks.
Fred
Whilst I've personally not tried this on my 8000s

Try first if you can see enough of the drivers when you shine a torch (flashlight in the US) through the fabric (put it right against the cloth). The speaker frets slide upwards once you manage to release the clips - which is difficult if you have never done it before - but the tops of the frets might never sit correctly again once you put them back.
