Beosound 1 - Where is Deezer?

Hello Beoworlders!

BS1 arrived at home.

I opened the Xmas wrapping for connection and setup, all went fine.

But I cannot select Deezer as a local source, even if I put my credential through the setup app.

Tune-in and Qplay can be selected, but I can only select Deezer through the Beomusic app.

Does anyone know what to do?

Are you trying to Bluetooth to the speaker via tune in app ?

Deezer works for me and that's via the BeoMusic app

I know in the product setup you can deselect Bluetooth or Deezer. Have you deselected or selected it to have it as an available service ?

Try > BeoSetup > BS1 > Your Content > Deezer and check that it shows your default Deezer account (it should show your email address or your account name 

 

Try > BeoSetup > BS1 > Your Content > Local Sources > In Local List > .... Oh, I don't see Deezer in that list but I'm quite sure that I have seen it... let me go and play with it 

Ok, so I turned on Darius and changed the source. you have to double tap the top to change the source (unlike the A9 which is a single tap)

Ok, so try  BeoSetup > BS1 > Your Content > Local Sources > In Local List > Music 

In my local list I only have 3 selected: Tune In; Music; and Bluetooth 

Could it be something as simple as selecting "music" OR double tapping to change the source?

Deezer is in the source "Music".
