looks good ......really like your reading lamp by the white chair with the red cushion Hiort..
we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
Hiort:Overview of room. BL3 (+BL11) only used for music listening. BL11 play with the BV11 as well. Behind me is the dining table and we swing the BV11 that way using the motorized wall bracket
Congrats, very nice setup. Can you share a bit how you did the cabling with the BL3 and also with the BL11. I don't see any on the photo and there should be two for each speaker.

Classic danish design. AJ lamp by Arne Jacobsen.
Hiort you have a very nice looking setup simple and stylish!

Thanks!
I have thin cable canals that I have glued on the wall. For the BL3:s the canal (including both good old Powerlink and mains) goes behind the curtain and then down to the floor and continue to the cabinet and the BV11. Same for the BL11. Thin cable canals on top of the "floor socket" (don´t know the correct english word )
Can take a more detailed photo this evening.

Chris Townsend:Can't post pics from my IPhone 6! Help
Works great on mine. Whats is going wrong?

Maab:My Beoloved 5s... In my living room not photographed, I also have a set of bl3 for the surround sound.
Very nice...nice combination of mid-century furniture as well! Do you notice any issues with one speaker being close to a reflecting surface and the other more free standing?
Jeff
I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
Or not. iOS 8 doesn't seem to work that well yet. Standby
Because you are using a Lumigon?
Graham

I have nothing but high praise for B&O Knightsbridge i haven't encountered service as good as what i received there anywhere.

Thanks, a more detailed photo would be great. You are describing a thin cable canal, but from what I see it will need to carry 2 cables (PL and power) and then even 4 (4PL and 2 power) once you reach the flloor. Unless you have a power plug behind the curtain, which would still make it 2 PL cables and then yet again 3 (incl. BL11 PL cable) once you up again to the BV. I am planning a somewhat similar setting, so very curious how you set it up so perfectly!
I can confirm that this is true as well.
Not only are all amps active, but the software does not know how to block any channel when hocked up as a 4.1 system.

This is what it looks like at the left speaker:
Canal cover mains and powerlink. It runs down alongside the window down to the floor.
The powerlink from the right speaker is going over the window and into the canal as you can see on the below picture.
There is a little gap above the window so Im able to push the powerlink down to have it concealed. The curtain is covering this corner.
The mains cable from right speaker is going down a cable canal exactly like on the left side, since I have a power outlet on that side of the window as well.
This is what it looks like where all cables meet (except mains to the right speaker.
PL for both speakers + mains for left speaker. TV and Radio antenna cable.
They go into a bigger cable canal.
Could be made more neat, but its all covered by the curtain
Really nice.
Love the color scheme. The Barcelona chairs are classics. What brand is the TV? An Avant would look nice :)
@Maab
No center speaker(s)?
You do use some kind of preamp?
How are things connected?
I see a Beo4!
MM
There is a tv - and there is a BV

Absolutely gorgeous setup and motivates me to do the same. Have two more questions though: 1) Where did you place the admittingly huge BC2 black box? I also own a BC2 and have always been struggling with this. 2) Do you have another rather large canal that brings all cables (BC2, BL3, BL11, power for your BV) together at your BV? Thanks in advance!

Just installed a MKII BeoVision 10-32 at my parents house. Got it at a bargain price used. The TV replaced their 12-year-old BeoVision 1 - what an update!
BeoVision Eclipse 55, BeoPlay S8 (sub+rears), BeoPlay A9 MKII (living room), BeoVision Avant 32 DVD (retro gaming, basement), BeoLab 4000 (entertainment room, basement), BeoSound 8 (workshop), 2x BeoPlay S3 (PC), BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay H2/H3 (on the go)
Seems that it was the only place left.
The door way leads into the dining room. There is no door or sliding door fitted. Facing my back is two sitting chairs, a coffee table and another sofa. That's the way they like it. MM is right - there is no empty spot elsewhere. They are not minimalistic
BeoGreg: Hiort : don't you think the bass are incredible with movies on BV11 ?

Only played with BL11 connected. But that setup really rocks :)
Seems that B&O on their facebook-page is trying to 'compete with' this thread
As of today: https://www.facebook.com/bangolufsen
(And on the Play-page as well!)
A mistake , as it shows a poorly installed V1 and a cyber-moan from Germany so far. AlfaRomeo had to restructure their website to filter this effect a while back .
