The Moment playing some french jazz I found through Deezer Flow. Moment is now a very dear part of my B&O stuff.

Mostly use the Music app.

Aussie Michael:
Looks great Michael. Would be great to see them with your V1

Hi Michael,

Thanks.

At the moment we have them set-up opposite the V1. Our apartment is not that large and their positioning seems to work quite well. Anyway, this may change in a couple of weeks as we just ordered a Beolab 19 in rose golden.

Heres a pic of the V1. Its still on the floor stand but also purchased the wall bracket. I like it on the floor but we will probably mount it on the wall.

Couple more images of the Beolab 18's as well.

My first post...

In July we updated our old MX8000 to a V1 and added some Beolab 18's. The rose golden colour is really quite amazing.

Rose gold is a colour is never considered for hi fi; only ever seen it on watches. This is stunning and very tempting beyond the traditional polished aluminium! Lovely.

Thanks.

I have to admit I was not sure of the colour at first and almost ordered the traditional aluminium.

The walnut lamella is just a perfect match with the rose golden.

Finally! -My new setup arrived.
A couple of years ago i had a BV7-55, but sold it, as i couldn't afford the complete "package" with speakers and so on.

-But now "I'm back for more" Big Smile

Fell in love with the rose gold and walnut color option, and it matches the rest of our interior and furniture.
Right now i am only waiting for a motorised wall bracket, so the shop let me borrow the floor stand until it arrives. I have also ordered the original "forged iron" front for the TV.

Here is a single photo as it is right now. Will post a couple more, when the TV makes it to the wall Stick out tongue

Super nice! Congratulations.

Goes nicely with the wall colour. Sound must be spectacular.

I have the motorized wall bracket. Its really cool when the BV is swinging out from the wall. Big Smile

Looks very nice :)

If I can suggest something, then I would put the BM7000 on top... I know a lot of people like to have it at the bottom since its the one "not used", but the heat from the BM will always keep the belts and so on of the CD and BC "hot"..

Don't know if it actually makes a difference, but I have always had the BM on top in my setups...

It's only taken me 22 years but I've finally got the Beosystem 7000 - and in black like I always wanted!

Set it up in its new home today, connected up my Beovox 3800s and christened it with the first cd I've bought in years! It sounds amazing - so happy Big Smile

Thanks to @Dillen and @Weebyx for the beocord help Yes - thumbs up

I need to sort my Beolink 7000 two way caps next then I guess I'll be on the hunt for a black Beogram to complete the set

Interestingly I looked at press shots to see how it was arranged officially - but my beomaster has some nasty scratches on the top (and stacking dents) so the beogram cd with the nicest top is the one visible Big Smile

The only problem is that because the cabinet is sheet steel and has a slightly flexible top the cd jumps if the beocord is opened/closed while its playing!

I follow this thread and enjoy it very much, and I really wish there was some kind of like function here, as there are so many interesting and inspiring setups. Well, I finally completed the new bathroom project this weekend as I received the missing component - the Essence MK2 with wheelie. I haven´t seen any BL15/16s here, so I hope it´s okay that I post a few pictures. Unfortunately, the pictures was taken using an iPhone and not a camera this time.

The wheelie is fantastic for this use, my wife finally has no problems turning on radio and Spotify herself - and I turn on the music even for very small visits to the bathroom.

With 5mm margin it was NOT easy for the guys building the bathroom to cut holes for the speaker, but they did a great job and I really think it looks fantastic.

I installed them on top of each corner of each side of the long wall, facing inwards and downwards - I´m not sure if that´s unortodox, and it probably looks better to have them vertical or horizontal - but this is probably best for sound quality in a naked bathroom.

Of course, the BL16 is also present. Feels great and a little crazy to have a sub in the bathroom. Cool

Of course, sound quality is what it is in a bathroom with tiles - but it´s not bad and it´s really good for being a bathroom - and we get to enjoy this setup a lot.

Now I need to save up some money to add other zones in the house to the new multiroom setup. I took the liberty to add some previously posted pictures of my existing setup (I took over 6 BL8000s, 2 BL4000s and a BS9000 when buying the house last year - that´s where it all started) - but without comments this time, hope it´s not too much.

I really really really really like this.......!

Where is the bog-roll, shampoo and conditioner....?!

Thanks! Yeah, I probably overdid the thinking in advance in fear of forgetting something - resulting in a lot of work and costs related to audio and home automation (including automatic heating behind mirror etc.) - but it turned out quite ok, I must say..

I suppose this was meant for me as Chris quoted my bathroom post, so thanks (I guess), and I can assure you that the bathroom now features a minimum of personal hygiene articles Wink However, I still demand a clean style in this holy room, so the wife better keep her stuff in the drawer - while I personally only shower in sound and use subwoofer waves to dry.. Cool

I was going to suggest that B&O do DIY kits, but judging by the quality of their instruction manuals of the past, that might be a bad idea. Big Smile

BeoBoy68, it is filmed with a damn iPhone 5s. Of course it does not sound like it does in real life.

But the sound is very nice concidering that it is coming from a pair of portable bluetooth speakers.

I am looking forward to play around with placement of the BL15´s, it changes the sound and "boom" quite much ;)

The pouch is probably more convenient that the little box the H3s came with. I´m tempted to buy a set. Is the ANC effective? Does it make a difference?

In the past, we had a user who was arguing over the sonic qualities of different Beograms after he had been listening to them on random Youtube videos.
