Hi guys!!
After about four years I finally manged to complete my set-up. My latest addition was a new Beolab 19 in white! :-)
What are your impressions?
wow wow wow fantastic setup and I like your bookshelves Paola
we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
Thank you Mark!! That is very kind of you!!
A very nice edition to a lovely setup.
Beoplay A2
It looks absolutely great! It all looks very modern. I also like that you have the BL12 mounted in the "correct" way. But do you have the BL12-3 as front speakers? How are they? I'm thinking of replace my BL12-2 (rear speakers) with BL12-3.

Please exlpain.
The Beolab 12 seem to have been mounted upside down...
EDIT: on the B&O website both ways of mounting are shown - so I suppose it is up to you to decide what you like best.

Upside down?! No, they can be mounted in both ways. As far as I know it is just important that the lens is at the same height of your ears. Maybe I am wrong?
Beosound Stage, Beovision 8-40, Beolit 20, Beosound Explore.
i've seen on other threads people casting them from plastic just use one of the others to make the mold. which beogram is that it looks like a rare one
Hi Beoworld,
This is the new add in Belgium for the new Skoda Superb, did you see on the desk ?
The "Correct" way is the way I also have it on my wall. With the Acoustic lens at the bottom. For me at least it feels like the right way to mount it.
Is this rare or!? I have two of these.

The left one is original and the right one was broken!

Mr 10Percent: Upgraded my BV7-55 for an Avant
Awesome! How do you find the upgrade when it comes to sound/picture quality?
Hiort: Mr 10Percent: Upgraded my BV7-55 for an Avant Awesome! How do you find the upgrade when it comes to sound/picture quality?
Simply put, with the exception of a SPDIF/BM5/BL5 issue I commented on in another thread, I find the Avant is superior in every way to that of the BV7-55.
Picture, Powerlink, Sound distribution, EPG, Integration and the BeoRemote One all better on a like-for-like basis. The web-based systems are OK (not too bothered with them tbh ) and the ability to instantly draw on my backup server for music and video is also great.
I have an Oppo 105D in the cabinet driving the BR/DVD/CD side which works faultlessly with the Avant PUC and is built like a tank.
The Avant 55 is also significantly less bulk than a BV7-55 with a BL7.6 and because of this, it can be wall mounted very easily (I use STB's close wall bracket which is very simple to install and mount).
Overall, very happy with the setup.
@Mr 10Percent
seeing your picture (music playing) in the other thread I thought, that I should ask you:
Did you know, that you can push your music (and video) from your NAS to the Avant using a DLNA app, that sees both.
This works even from tv in standby (with the right settings).
Of course this is only relevant, if you are a Smartphone/tablet user.
Quite nice if you have a large collection and you want to avoid scrolling through your folders on the tv.
Here's my first foray into B&O: A Beogram 8000 with MMC20CL and a Beomaster 6000 with terminal remote. On the wall, a pair of Beovox 3000 speakers. The Beogram has been brought up to scratch and I got the 6000 from Beolover who replaced the LEDs a few years back. :)
Beovox 3000s on the wall. Cable covers, though it does mean that the wallpaper is now destroyed. Wife:
Welcome:-)
Mr Anderson, congratulation!! You will be extremely satisfied
Oh wow Paolo,
Your beautiful, contemporary house & style never fails to move me :)
i even noticed the Eames/Vitra chairs :) Simply perfect :) Do you have a book shelf with amazing books. On a late evening, I would read for hours in a room like that :)
