Nice circular chicken coup you got there!

Beovirus victim, it's gotten to be too much to list!

Thanks. I thought it would be good for them too however the little buggers don't want to lay any eggs.

Off with their heads!!!

Very stylish home though, I don't understand why they wouldn't be happy! Big Smile When looking through threads like this one you see far more modernist homes and furnishings than with most hifi pictures. Tends to go with the B&O aesthetic, but then B&O also looks very good in more traditional settings, which always kind of surprises me.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

This lampshade idea is just... brilliant Idea

I like it!

Based on the same state of mind, I exchanged my TV set for a very short focal projector. The room seems now less cluttered, bigger...

You managed to integrate very well all your B&O stuff and keep the purity of the design in your flat. It's nice to see that everything matches perfectly with the furnitures and the decoration because many times according to my taste it doesn't...

I love how pure your aesthetic is which matches your place so well.  The 35 is an interesting choice for the bedroom.  I have a few questions if I may :-) :

- it looks like it is installed at a perfect height to allow for you to use the control, do you find it easy?

- I always am perplexed where did the power go?  How did the run the power lead is it to somewhere on the back side of your wall in to a plug or?

- if they offered a different cover than black would you have chosen that?

Thanks for posting your pictures, they are beautiful..

Work in the am. But I had a few more Wink

They sound very good in stereo. Main reason for buying was to be able to slip one in my bag or have it there all the time. The A2 was to big to leave in all the time. But the A1 has a very nice small form factor.

Only thing I was not to happy with was the quality of it as a speaker phone. Only tried it quickly, have to see how it works when I go traveling.

And one thing I find hilarious; the add on the Beoplay site... Every damage tells a story??? Why would you want to treat this beauty as ***?

The patina of use proposed as a feature? Not a bad idea.

Well, yes, I do. But consider it was installed this afternoon, so I need some time to test it... Big Smile

Yes, it is on the back, so that no cable is visible, nowhere. Wink

I don't think so, I find that black is quite elegant for a cover, and it complements very nicely the aluminum of the speaker. The 3mm thick alu is just gorgeous, really. You can't believe how wonderfully the speaker is manufactured (in Denmark!! Surprise).

P.s. Not the bracket, which is produced in Turkey...

Thanks for posting your pictures, they are beautiful..

I agree, your home is wonderfully modern and minimalist, and you've integrated B&O very well into it. I particularly love the way the single spot light shines down on the Beolab 35, stunning way to highlight such a high drama piece as the Beolab, makes it into a work of art.

The 1st one (aluminium tube) is from Ligne Roset.. The 2nd one is just called Light. It is from the japanese design studio YOY. The 3rd one is the My New Flame from Ingo Maurer.

Looking on the B&O web or in a B&O catalogue you find nice products - everthing looks very fine, as you typical see now cables ….showing a simpel and clean look

The real life is with cables... my living room with two Beolab 5 (very short cable) and nothing else - and my kitchen with Beosound Moment and Beolab 12 and now cables... so…it is like the catalogue or the web…?

No, its not...see the pictures with my 2 rooms of technic...here we have the cables behind the scene...the workload of installing is here..

(see more pictures in the next post....)

From the iOS app you press the camera icon after each added picture.

The A1 looks great doesn't it. Thanks Leo for the posts too :)

I can't make my mind up about the B&O headphones - my instinct is telling me that they are overpriced and cheaply made especially after the terrible H8 problems. Same with the bluetooth issue on the S3 which is plagued with bad reviews. B&O really need to discontinue bad products as they are seriously letting the brand image down. The A1 seems to be the absolute shining star of the PLAY range.
