God damn that is a clean setup. The RL7000 really looks like mint condition. Love those speakers.

Very nice done!

Sorry for late answer.

The normal floor stand was to love to have them standing beside the desk. The V1 and the BL3 on the extra tall stands are in perfect ear and eye sight.
The extra tall stands I think does not work all that well with BV11/14. You have to have the TV on the wall if you want the speakers to go well with it.
And it was a total hell getting the cable through the stands.

The V1 32 is great for PC use. I have it connected to my computer via HDMI and I use 1920x1080.
I was little scared first using it. I felt that the mouse was lagging behind but I use the "Screen and Game mode" and there is no lag. Not even when I game.
The mouse is lagging a little bit when in "Movie/film mode". But great to turn on Netflix and watch a film. When you are sitting this close to the TV and the Bl3 it's amazing. Smile

I just can't put my finger on it, but there is something about the Beolab 1s that is so addictive and timeless.

Maybe not the right thread - it isn't mine to flash, and it isn't pretty either ;-(

Had promised a friend to check and maybe setup a BM/S5, that he so dearly wanted.

Well it works as expected!

It is funny, when you look at these things today - a lot of cables and you can't get short versions of these.

There has been progress here.

Still have ny old Win7 laptop, so BeoConnect was no problem.

Please notice the BeoPlay A1 - that was the easiest way to connect a speaker ;-))

Sounds great, this thingy - simply using a minijack to minijack from the line-out of the BM5.

Sorry for the picture quality - too much light coming in from a sunny say outside.

I remember when a bunch of us at one job discovered those videos. We'd put them up on the big monitor in the conference room during lunch at times and all just hoot and laugh out loud in amazement. I remember when iPads were new and hot and just to die for, he blended one. "No!" a couple of guys said. I'm betting his "do not do this at home" was right, that had to be some toxic fine particulate in the blender after that little experiment. Amazing blender though, if you need to puree a brick.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

i remember that exact video and time - i was also in dis belief

And the later videos of spoiled kids buying an ipad opening it then smashing it on the ground and recording it.  Weirdos.

Thanks Elephant. It is actually the second one. I bought a black one first, but had to return it as it was not working correctly. This one is fine though.

Thank you!

When i go to the shop for looking Beolab 19, my eye fall on the Grey version, high gloss, looks perfect. But the same time, the most selling BL19 is Grey. You see it on the internet, magazine's, shops etc...

So i take the white version, what match my house perfect, and painted 6 months later (this week).

I paint it by my self, working on a car bodyshop....

As I am no native english speaker, I checked Wikipedia for bodyshop and found some information on The Body Shop™. Checking a dictionary I found out that you apply cosmetics rather to the aging skin of cars than to the aging skin of people.

Well done!
