My subtle setup in my 70 square meter apartment.

The kitchen/dining room has wall mounted Beosystem 2300, with a ChromeCast Audio connected to the AUX-port.

The living room has a wall mounted Beovision 4-50, a Beolab 7-2 and a pair of Beolab 8000โ€™s

An Apple TV 4 is mounted to the back of the screen. All cables are running in the wall and then connected to the Beosystem 3 placed in the buttom of a cabinet in the kitchen/dining room.

Furthermore I have a couple of items sitting around.

My newest addition is the elegant Beosound 2. Whistle

Happy to finally flash my B&O setup on the best thread on Beoworld :)

Everything was bought broken or in need of service to keep the cost down. Everything works beautifully now! The BC 2 is fairly obsolete but I love the design.

Hi beoboehm,

I trully over love your Beosound Century room setup. Is that dark burgundy fret? Custom or genuine? And that very little frame.
Oh god, I've always been attracted by the Century but now I've REALLY no more space to put it unless a divorce leaves me with enough money to buy a new room :-).

Love al the details of your picture. Thank you.

Hi Matador,

this is actually the Century I inherited from my father. He bought it the same year I was born and gave it to me when I moved out.

The covers are burgundy and genuine. It always has been well kept and repaired when something went wrong.
Last month I bought the wall bracket for it to arrange it in this way. Since then we use it much more frequently.

Thank you for your kind words. :) The rest of the apartment decor was the work of my girlfriend though. She is great in decorating around my Beo-addiction Big Smile

Got my Beosound Stage from the Contrast Collection last week, very impressed with it.

I also sold my Beovox S120 and replaced them with a pair of Beolab 8000´s to suit my Beosystem 7000 better. I found this piece of furniture very, very cheap and thought it would fit well as a stand for the Beosystem, in lack of better options. I also picked up a very cheap Century, that I passed on to my father.

I have to admit, recently the beosound 1 has been my most used speaker indoors and outside (replacing my trusty Beoplay p6). Working from home it's always by my side. I did get it with the wireless charger since removing the plug to move it around is a huge pain.

@tph

Hi,

Sure.

Inside is a 'TPA3110 2x30W Bluetooth 4.2 Digital Stereo Audio Power Amplifier Board'

You'll find it on eBay.

I have made other 'builds' based on similar mono amp boards connected to a ChromeCast Audio device.

It accepts 12-24v, so I am powering it with an old laptop PSU.

Great DIY BeoProject, love both the idea and the execution!

From your picture I can see on the background a non-BV connected to two BL4000 and a white square box hanging on the ceiling that resembles a Playmaker.

About the tv, are the BL4000โ€™s used as a front speaker or as side channels, RH and LH?

In case of the latter connection, is it hardwired and volume controlled by the tv remote (if I am not wrong Steve has the right connecting wires, as usual)?

Thanks and congrats again, ideas + execution + taste = Yes - thumbs up!

Guys, I must admit this is one of my preferred threads!

Cheers.

Placement is really important on these little beauties. I've put them in places where they sound a bit flat, then I've moved them to a corner and it's like you've doubled it's size!

I really like the A2.  Another unsung hero which also responds really well to proper placement is the A6...
