@Slyparma:

Nice setup!

Have you considered getting a little more space between the Beolab 8000s and the BV9 - maybe by moving the plant?
(I believe it would be giving a better sound picture)

Fully agree with your idea!

Why? Because last night I listening a CD using only 4000 instead of 8000.

The 4000 is at the ends of the walls ... wonderful sound. Very hugging.

The 4000 does not use ... too bad. sound very good. Very hot, not tiring.

Now I try to enlarge the 8000.

I upgraded my main setup a little. Now present: bc 9500, RL 140's, aux-expander, beolink 5000, beolink 7000.

And the "old" setup, for the contrast.

I guess I'm one of the last idiots left that doesn't have a flat screen tv. To be honest, I probably use it once, maybe twice a month. IMHO 99% of the tv programs are just an enormous wast of time!

there are some great tastes on setups on here.. Henrik I do like what you have done with your 7000, for some reason having the system split gives it a more majestic appearance Smile

Amazing apartment. I thought for a moment there with that photo that you were copy-pasting photos from a B&O brochure. Which city is the apartment located? That outdoors eating area looks amazing too.

What TV table is that? I'm looking for something similar.

Thanks.

My appartment is located in Belgium, in the city of Mechelen, between Brussels and Antwerp.

The TV furniture is Poliform. They have plenty of flexible solutions. Take a look ... http://www.poliform.it/poliform/bookcases/sintesi_1_16_14_1.html

+1

I have a few LCD TVs from Emerson, Visio, and Samsung, and a nice Panasonic LCD projector in my Home Theater. My Avant beats all but the Samsung and Panny, in quality of the picture. I ran my series of calibration DVDs to adjust the standard user controls and I was really amazed by the picture quality using an S-Video input. It really has to be seen to be believed.

How much is a single module, abouts (for example the middle one under your tv)? I've found a local poliform dealer, but they don't list prices.

It will replace this IKEA furniture and support this very nice TV from LG

There's no denying that is one beautiful television - even if it is an LG.  It looks great and the Picture Quality is outstanding.  It just needs the B&O surround module :-)

Boxes? You mean the mess I have under? I know :) it is a work in progress.

Next order of business is finding a beautiful simple wooden TV table, and then somehow moving all boxes and cabling away, so only Beolabs+TV+table remains.

Very nice set up.

I never liked the way the cables had to be managed behind the pole of the BeoSound4 floor stand. If you can get hold of a BeoSound3000/3200 pole stand, STB Brackets make an adaptor plate that allows you to position the BeoSound4 on top and run the cables down the pole.

Never the less, your install looks awesome :-)

@stijndc what is your table stand for your V1? STBBrackets? Maybe its the angle and it's on the floor stand?
