Has anyone else got one?

I think I joined Beoworld back in 2005 time and have always had vintage or pre-owned products. Treated myself to the Beosound 2 for the kitchen and I'm really impressed. Our neighbour was less so, coming round the second evening to ask if we would mind turning it down! The bass is impressive...

What are others' thoughts/impressions?

Hi JB,

Congrats on your purchase.  I haven't got a BS2, but a BS1 and I know that when I put it on the glass table, the bass resonates better, so I would agree the bass would be good. Was this the first time you had seen your neighbour since 2005? haha.  It seems you only see some people sometimes when they want to complain about something.

Did you get the silver or the brass one?

I got the silver one - fits in with my kitchen appliances quite nicely as you can see below. I don't actually think the brass one is available here in the UK yet anyway.

I did like the Beosound 1 but the improved bass on the 2 won out in the end. It's sat on a quartz worktop which is quite good at transmitting the bass to the neighbour's house too! I never had a complaint before when listening to my Pentas which are pointing at her living room...

It looks great in your kitchen.

I love your scales and may I ask what is that appliance on the right of the coffee machine?

Thanks!

The black thing? That's a Wesco bread bin. To the left is the Rancilio Rocky coffee grinder.
