Ah - so it has. I've been away.
I totally agree with your comments Graham, if this (and the sellers other refurbes ones) has been done with standard spray paint there are going to be some very disappointed Beolink 1000 owners out there in a very short time.
I have experimented myself with durability of spray paints on Beolinks & only stove enamelling has ever come up to required standard.

It's not too bad. Too many people are precious about pink. Some think it's feminine; some think it's the colour of flesh; i think it's just simply the combination of red and white. Isn't that the Danish flag?

To call the Danish Red and White flag PINK, hurts me in my Red and White Heart, and to offer a pink remote nearly gives the same result, but maybe it can animate Leslie to Pink a whole set (God forbid)

Please do & let us all know how long the paint finish lasts when used daily. I'm intrigued to know if it lasts more than a month - I personally doubt it.
Chris, who says this remote has been sprayed, it could have been powder coated or something else. Me myself I have sprayed some remotes (in white and for private use) and afterwards with a transparent laquer and I must say it stays very well.
It just makes me think of "Have a Cigar" by Pink Floyd.
