Hello guys!
My BV9 has an interesting "feature"... The ACM Camera checks the picture every time I turn off the TV. Shouldn't it be every 120hours or so?
I haven't found any setup for the ACM Camera in the regular menus or in the service menu.
Any advice? It's not a big deal, I'm just afraid the camera will get broken since it's used so often.
Too long to list....
It checks every 100hrs the picture.
When you set the BV9 into standby, it produces the grey-bar.
If the camera is properly connected, the ACM in the menu is visible.
I misread your problem. It shouldn't check every time you set the BV into standby.
Interesting scenario!
I have the Mark 1 BV9 so no camera but I wonder if powering everything off for half an hour or so (assuming you have all your codes) then powering back up might fix the problem? Can't think what else you could try for the moment. Any option to turn the camera off in the Advanced Setup Menu perhaps? Good luck.
Simon.
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.
Is there a menu besides the "normal" and "service" menu?
It's been this way since I bought it years ago.
