I assume, but can not confirm if the Beomaster 1600 has a remote control. If it does, which one please?

It doesn't.Hint: It has mechanically activated contacts and potentiometers with no motors or solenoids.

EDIT: Second attempt at posting this.
Hi Martin,
I have had several postings lost too, very frustrating. Two were lengthy, but as I sensed one would not "make it" I quickly copied it before it disappeared forever in a B&O void.
After posting the question it dawned on me I could check the BeoWorld copy of the owner's manual that I have. I had just spotted a nice Beolink 1000 and considering the age thought I'll bet that is the right remote.
My laziness aside, thank you for your answer.
