Hello, new user here - I recently picked up a Beosound 2 and am very happy with it so far. However, it is stood on my bedside table, and overnight when not in use the lens LED under the top control stays on, bright white (Connected to the network, ready for use according to the B+O website, which is good) - the problem is that it is incredibly bright which isn't great when trying to sleep - does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere to configure this to dim/switch off as per the top LED when the speaker is not in use? Alternatively, will carefully covering it with something adversely affect the sound from the speaker when in use?

Thanks in advance!

But to mine the white pin led light dims from itself after stopping the music... It's not as bright when in 'standby'.

Yeah, but it still considered bright in a dark bedroom unfortunately.

The top of the system IE the part you use to control volume is connected to the main body by ,lets call it a column,

can you turn the unit until that piece if the unit if facing you,as the system is 360 this will not effect the sound  I believe

Sure. Should not theoretically impact sound.
