Hi

I am trying to use Beoconnect to copy some music to the Beomaster 5.

Every time I try to save a password in the Network Settings on the BS5, it disappears when I go back into it.

The HOST NAME (BeoMaster5) and LOCATION (Bedroom) have saved but the password never saves.

Please have a look at the picture below.

Please help.

Thank you.

Regards

Kiran

I've just dumped a BM5 HDD full of WMA Lossless files and replaced them with FLAC. Forgot the password and reset.

To my best knowledge, the box shown above never stores a password visually but it is stored. Are you pressing STORE at the bottom of the alphabet?

Yes I am pressing the "STORE" button.

I type a 10 character password with 1 capital letter and then scroll all the way down and click "STORE".

This does not work.

The BeoConnect software on my mac and pickup the Beomaster5 but the password never works.
