Hi,

I just bought an old Beogram 1000 in good condition, with na Beomaster 1000 and Beovox 2700 speakers.

It played well on demonstration, and honestly didn't think to check if it was on the right speed.

However, I now notice, that it is not able to run the 33rpm setting (But start's between the 33 and 45 rpm).

What could the problem be here? Everything else on it works fine, and the arm mechanics seems great as well.

Hope you can help :)

Thanks,

Philip

Hi

I just bought the same deck this week and had to do some repairs. Used a service manual from here http://www.hifi-manuals.com/Bang-and-Olufsen/Beogram-1000/downloads

I guess your deck might need a new belt. Try turning the little plastic cap a bit back and forth within the rpm selector.

Cheers
