Quick look into my second Beogram 8000.

Today I finally got to take a look under the hood of my second Beogram 8000 table. What I found was that when plugged in nothing happens and the last digit shows a faint 3 and that's it. I opened it up and the inside is nice a clean, the seller packed it well. The Tachodisc is good condition but with a few cracks in the lamination.

So with that, I will start the recapping process, resolder all the solder joints, and replacing the Tachodisc. Hopefully this is all it will need. This deck has the VTF slider in place, not like the first one I got that didn't have it. I just use a tool to slide it from underneath the arm while looking with a mirror.

I will try to post some pictures while do the work.
