Hi All,had a letter today with a trade up offer on Avants and Bv 14's which is very tempting but no HDR so
still a no no.
I wonder if this is an sales offer or some updating is coming down the line? Wonder why the offer?

I was sent that from the dealer that installed our V1 (by a central mailing address) 85" does seem excessive for us!

the guy who runs the B&O franchise in Selfridges told me that the LG tvs were ready more or less.....so white we perhaps shouldn't expect anything imminent, they may not be that far away........by the way, i also didn't receive anything from my dealer re offers....
Are the LG panels limited to lower price TVs equivalent to the Horizon?
there's no incentive deal on that.

My dealer officially offered ('loyal costumers') a price reduction on the 14-55 and the AvantsNG of 10.000 DKK - not a trade-in offer...just so.
The BV14-40 = 8.000 DKK off.

the only slightly sub-optimal consideration with a near term release, is that they will likely be likely be last years (2016) LG panels......of course we may be surprised, and 2016 vs 2-17 may not be that big a deal, but still....
The offer (from my dealer) runs untill April 30. 2017 ;-)

I wouldn't get too excited to be honest.
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

Why would you ever think that, It is LG that is making the TV, and they are making it in 2017, so it will get a 2017 panel.
I dont see how it could be different, LG have already shown their 7 series it is done, so why would't the B&O not also be done?
B&O just dont show it before they are ready to sell.

no absolutely a 2017 is possible, not saying it isn't.......but B&O dont also release every TV with the latest and greatest.....
That is correct, But I expect the partnership with LG will change that, or I hope :)
