Genre mode on n.radio

I have a beomaster & Beosound 5.  When accessing the Genres screen,  all Genres starting with A & B have recently dropped off the list.  The first genre that shows up in the list is Children/Kids, so Buegrass, Blues, Adult listening, etc. genres do not show up.  The only change that has been made to our system is to add a turntable using A.Aux.  Any ideas?

I have a bs/bm 5 but I'm not sure what you mean by genres screen.

Mine is exactly the same.

when you select n.radio mode, there is a list showing different options to access the internet radio - Genres, Languages, Countries, Names and Favorites.  When I select Genres, no Genres in the alphabet before Children-Kids show up.

Same for me. The first two letters vanished from the Genre scroll, but the stations can still be found when you search by country for example.

Another software bug. We get use to it...

I now have this problem too. Did you get it fixed?

I had the same issue.  I emailed B&O support and they told me it was a recent update, they reorganized the genres and now Genres like 'Ambient' are now lumped into other genres like "Electronica'.
