Beosound Moment Problem

Please can anyone advise? I turned on my Moment this evening and the jukebox screen was displaying the B &O logo but would not respond to any touch. The B &O logo then started to flash on and off every 30 secs or so. I tried resetting with a paper clip but still no response. The Moment would play ok when using my iPad to access Deezer but the jukebox was unresponsive. Removing the back panel still did not wake up the jukebox. I have also tried resetting by pressing both rear buttons but the jukebox is still unresponsive and now my wireless speakers are unpaired as I presume it has been factory reset. I have turned the Moment off at power switch but B&O logo is still displaying on Jukebox! The system is less than 2 years old and is used very occasionally as it is in our weekend/holiday home. Would be very grateful for any help anyone can offer.....

I have the exact same problem on my Jukebox. It will not start up proparly. The screen is only showing the B&O logo and it seems like the sofware is trying to restart but it is instead caught in this never ending loop. I also tried the paper clip trick but no response.

What did you do to fix this problem?

The only solution is to send it in for repair. 

I’ve had this a few months ago. The display needs to be replaced.

Hello, I have a similar problem... jukebox seems to work normal screen lost its sensitivity and it is now impossible to select - swap anything

Since I am using Moment everyday with B&O Application I am wondering if I should send the Jukebox to B&O Support ?

Could anyone that done it answer the following questions :

- Did you had to send both the jukebox and moment, or just the jukebox ?

- How long did B&O support keep your device(s) for repair ?

Mine is also “black screen” and no longer turns on. Thoughts?

I had the black pulsing screen twice and twice had to go for repair.

I would imagine it's a repair job.
