Hi,

I'm opening a new thread on this, as it is a new topic.

How do i simply update or reset the software on a beolab 5? My problem is a calibration error.

Thanx,

Dave

To reset a BL5 is only done by taking off the power, wait for a minute and try again.

Updating software can only be done with B&O's servicetool. All parameters about the used drivers are stored on B&O's server (and a small IC inside).

Does the calibration starts (press the top plate in the middle for several seconds) with the appearence of the microphone at the bottom? It moves twice forward. Sometimes the microphone gets stuck.
