Reading the specifications of the LC1 & LC2 light units there appears to be no difference in what each can do, the only difference being design. Is this correct?
Thought LC1 can not cope with halogen bulbs?

Thanks for that. You may have identified at least one technical difference.
If I remember correctly you can`t dim (up - down) LC1 manually by touching the alu plate, it`s just working for on - off functions.
And you can reprogramm LC2 as a switch - no dimming just on-off. This let it cope with halogen bulbs.
And LC2 can be programmed for different behaviour after a mains interruption.

If that's the case, I'm wondering how a light picture can be programmed using, for example 2 or 3, of these. With the LC2 you can set a light level for each unit by touching them and then store this as part of a light picture. If it's only possible to set the dimming level via the remote, on initial setup how do you 'aim' at each one separately to set different levels individually? Surely, when the remote is used to set a particular light level on one LC1, all will be set to the same level?
You can set Light numbers to LC1s as you can do it with LC2. Touch the Alu and set a lightnumber. Then you press LIGHT GOTO 1 (example for BL1000) UP, until the light level you want. Reapeat that procedure for all LC1s and store the Light scene - like you would do it with LC2.
