I've been warming up to the 'idea' of a BS Moment, a jukebox for all my library as well as a audio streaming for Deezer (only!) service.

However this may seem a simple enquiry, but is a Deezer subscription necessary for operation of BS Moment? What features would I lose if I without streaming on 'outer ring'?

DLNA compatible source can be overcomed however just wanted to be clear.

You do not need a subscription for using the Moment. However the Moodwheel will not come to its best if you only have your DLNA collection.

Inner ring: Your collection (DLNA) and the songs and artist you have "hearted" in Deezer.

Middle ring: Deezer music similar to what you have in your inner ring.

Outer ring: Deezer music following the color moods.

Hiort, thanks that makes perfect sense and I wanted to know of other's experiences.

I might try the trial of Deezer for the suggestions aspect however my experience with streaming media has not been great.

So of course the playlists and so on should work as expected?

Playlists with Deezer works great.

One of my favourite use cases is when I listen to Deezer flow while commuting (Deezer mix what I have in my favourites playlist with new suggestions based on what I have listened to) and I heart some new music I like, it will be in my "loved tracks" playlist on the Moment when I'm home and I do not have to use my phone when I'm home.

Simple but still nice Smile

Despite doing some research on the web, I'm still not clear which streaming service would be best for classical music in CD quality. This and wanting a search function for a streamed album rather than the mood wheel prevent me on this promising machine.
