I have a mixed setup of BeoSound Essence Mk i and Mk ii in my house. I do not mind the multiroom functionality, but I would like to use Spotifiy Connect on my Mk i like on my Mk ii.
This seems not to work, however. On my iPhone's Spotify app I see the Mk i offering itself as streaming target, but when I choose it, the connection does not establish.
I should mention that I have recently received a new firewall / internet gateway in our house, and the gateway address has changed from 192.168.3.3 to 192.168.3.1, but I did apply those changes to my BeoSound Essence clients as well (they all have static IP addresses).
Would you have any hints?

When reviewing the Network settings, I have found the root cause of my problem myself.
I entered a typo in the Essence's network setup page: Gateway address 192.169.3.1 will never work, if the gateway is 192.168.3.1.
