I'm using for many years Beosystem 4500.

A long time ago I bought Beolink 5000 and upgrade the software on Beomaster.

Now the Beolink 5000 is not working any more, no IR output, no display, nothing...

Ok I can use Beolink1000, no problem.

BUT: I programmed the Beomaster to go on and off, what he does every day.

Is there I way to RESET the Beomaster (without Beolink 5000) ?

There might be a 'reset', that I don't know of.

But you could just manually turn off the 'Timer' on the display of the BM4500 as a start.

Thanks,

I did turn off the "Timer" but still the Beomaster goes on and off in "mute" mode.

Ok!

Then please watch out, if someone else notices the question.....and has the answer.

If not, try to reactivate the thread in 4-5 days.

A possible solution "reset Beomaster 4500":

Can I use from someone a working Beolink 5000 for 10 minutes?

I can make an appointment in Belgium or the Netherlands, fee to be agreed.
