Hi All

I currently have 2 Nest thermostats. Upstairs and downstairs.

I have integrated them in the blgw temporarily until the Heatmiser Neohub gets installed.

I can only assign the Nest thermostat to one zone or globally so I have made extra zones downstairs and upstairs.

Is it possible to assign the downstairs thermostat to all downstairs zones? And the same for upstairs?

Or the only option is to put them both globally?

Can anyone please advise. Thank you.

Hello

You would need to create an area for all upstairs zone and another area for downstairs

Then you should be able to assign one of the nests to a area

I have already made areas - Upstairs and Downstairs.

They are in the picture.

I am not able assign resources to areas; only zones.

Unfortunately no.

I can only assign them to a zone and not a full area so I have made a separate zone upstairs and downstairs for heating.

You can put them in Global and give the 2 therms a different name?

I tried this and now I remember it is originally what I did.

I ultimately want the downstairs thermostat in all of downstairs zones and the same for upstairs but this is not possible.

I don't want to put them in global.

In BLGW version 1.5.2.90 you can enable in thermostat view? Will that help?
