Hi there,
I just recently bought a defective Beosound 8. No power up on Ipod/ipad connection, It comes alive and reacts to the remote when using AUX input but no sound emerges.
I measured the voltages on the connector from the power supply to the main board and the voltages between any of the contacts seem very low to me (4.7 Volt Max.). The same voltages happen when the main board is disconnected.
As I do not know the correct voltages nor the specs of the components I am in need of a reference manual for the Beosound 8. Does anyone have this available? On Internet I can only find the user manual.

Hi All,
i would also love to get the schematics for this unit.
I can not get the aux to work, I have seen elsewhere that the unit it self prioritises, therefore I need to find out how this is done a correct the fault.
It prioritises:
1. iPod/iPad/iPhone
2. USB
3. AUX
Which means that AUX cannot be activated if anything is connected to dock or USB.
